6500 Indicator is Solid White while Powered Off

I've noticed my 6500 is displaying a solid white/amber color when turned off / or when 12 V DC is applied to the radio before turning on.  GPSDO is NOT installed on this radio.  Should I be concerned or is this a software glitch of some kind?  This seems to have happened after updating the rig to v1.9.9  After pushing the power button the rig comes up full green as it should.  It never used to do this....

Do you have Remote On enabled on the Radio Setup - Radio tab?

Most likely Remote ON enabled. I agree with David on this one.

Thanks Guys!  "Remote On" was enabled!    I had searched through both the latest (Sept 2016) Hardware and Software Manual but it makes no mention of the solid white indication and the Remote On section does not mention it either.  Maybe Flex can take note and update their manual.
