Well that was an interesting baptism.  First effort at SO2R with a NEW 6300 on a weekend with major Windows 10 update and new release of SmartSDR.  I probably took on more than I should , trying to set-up for N1MM with a new "rig" and deal with peek-a-boo DAX devices.  Some VERY frustrating issues  due to the updates and even more so due to pilot errors. Thanks to all those here that helped me limp and fumble along.  I had one full day of SO2R operations in CQWW.  A LOT of fun.

It gets better each time!  All I can say!

First time I tried to get N1MM all setup for CW contest I struggled with everything and it seemed that nothing worked right.

I did a little of the rtty this weekend and setup was easier.

Its great to see new folks out there and great job taking on SO2R!  this is the contest to do first time SO2R for sure.  Learning a radio platform and optimal workflow is fun, and challenging and will yield great results.
