Contest logging on SSB IARU

A question for the contesters, I operated in the IARU contest (it was hard work from down here with condx marginal and most signals in the 3-5 range, and very very few European stations. My question is, is there a good way to input the callsign in an SSB contest, especially as my typing is quite slow. In an RTTY contest it is easy,as N1MM brings up the callsign, and a click and it is input. The above may seem an odd question as this was my first go in an SSB contest , I normally operste RTTY contests. Regards Ross ZL1N/ZL1WN

Manually unless you use the bandmap feature found on many logging programs. By double clicking the spot on the bandmap, the logger should prefill the callsign of the spot. If you are calling cq, you just have to do it manually unless a voice recognition software could work ? I too have trouble with a keyboard.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
