Help setting up SoftEther VPN

I'm not sure of the steps to set up SoftEther for my Mastero. I received my Mastero yesterday and love it. Then I attempted setting up SoftEther VPN without the Raspberry PI as some have said was possible. Well, a couple of hours into that attempt and I found I was going in circles. Is there a step by step procedure to get this working on my LAN or WAN. I would like to be able to operate away from my home QTH. Thanks in advance.
