PowerSDR_v2.7.2 and bug 30 at 6 meters...

Hello

I bought a used flex-1500 and I have problems with PowerSDR_v2.7.2 ...

The startup software is ok (with update firmware), I start the Flex-1500 it's ok, the button 160/80/40 are ok, I can surf ..

But when I chose the 30 at 6 meters, the software bug and on the screen (waterfall) the screen

becomes white color with a red cross .. . and above I have this message:

I use a computer with win 7 32bits / i3-2120 at 3.3ghz / 4go ram

I test on portable HP in 64bits... same problem..

I uninstall the drivers, uninstall the software for install :

PowerSDR_v2.7.2

PowerSDR_v2.6.4

PowerSDR_v2.4.4

PowerSDR_v2.3.5

Results : same problem..

Hello Bill,

On the software when you select buttons bands 160 ... 40 ... 30 ... 20 ... 15 ... 10 ... 6 ... meters.

As soon as you select the bands 30 meters there this a bug ..

In addition info :

When I change the frequency with just the VFO A , i can go up to 50MHz ..

But when i selected  the amateur bands radio frequency  ( 30 to 6m ) the bug happens ...

Not sure what is causing that, I can say it is not a bug. that has never happened to me over 10 years with my Flex 3000. It sounds like it is not switching properly in the rig. When I switch bands on my 3000 I could hear clicks inside.

Reset you radio back to factory defaults (a database reset) as I suspect you have bad data in it that is causing the issue.
