fldigi "freq'd" out

fldigi followed SSDR freq. in past, but not anymore.  DAX and Cat seem ok. Happens on all bands.  Fldigi ver. 3.23.09, SSDR 1.6.21.  See pix below.  Any help appreciated...

    Here is the setup used at this station - have never observed this error.

    SmartSDR CAT looks OK, but Fldigi is not connecting to the CAT Com4 port.  Lower the baud rate down to 9600.  You do not need to use 115.2k

    This being Friday the 13th, I certainly did not expect this:
    It is now working.  I did nothing more to fix the problem.
    I do note that my reply to Tim was not posted.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
