DAX Tx stream drops when changing bands

SSDR 1.6.21, Win 10, problem has been resolved but posted for comment.  Here is what happened:

I had set up a global profile for fldigi on 40 and 20 meters.  I could switch bands between 40, 30, and 20 meters at will with no DAX problems.  However, if I switched to any other band the DAX tx stream turned off.  This was consistent and repeatable.

I then set up a 15 meter fldigi global profile identical to the 40 and 20 meter profiles and everything started working fine - I could switch bands and still have DAX tx streaming!

Any ideas?  SSDR or Win10 weirdness?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
