ERROR PSH5V3-5.69

When starting a radio error pops up. ( ERROR PSH5V3-5.67)
Has anyone had a similar problem in your Flex 6500.
Reset procedure does not work.

That could be a power supply error.

1) Check your power supply for 13,8V or change it.

2) Does the error still persist?

BTW I did'nt find a published error code list. Does anybody have one?
It would really be help to track down an error source!

Power supply 13.9V
I checked on the two power supplies is the same. (Samlex 1235 and TEN-TEC-965 )
ICOM -9100 100W with two power supplies.

This is a hardware error. I recommend opening a support HelpDesk ticket (http://helpdesk.flexradio.com) for expedited issue resolution.  If anyone else is experiencing an issue similar to this one, please submit a HelpDesk support ticket for issue resolution.
