cwskimmer set up with a Flex 1500

Hello.
I have just set up and started using my Flex 1500 with WSPR 2.12 and after a struggle got them working together.
So now I am trying to set up CWSkimmer with the Flex 1500.
Is there any way that skimmer (or any of the other WSJT programs) and the 1500 can work together without having to go into the PowerSDR Menu Setup to change the settings on Audio VAC1 and CAT Control ?.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
