I lost my Cats v1.16.17

I only have TCP port 5002 in the SmartSDR Cat app.

I had Com's configured for slices A thru D .

Device manager  win10 still show's the pairs

Not sure when I lost them but a day or two ago I did install SmartSdr on a laptop.

So maybe I lost them then.

Can not change Client COM from 8 in the com drop down menu see pic.

Happen to anyone else?

    I un-installed clean and re-installed and now back to normal.

    Drop down menu works to create Client COM.

    I may be out on a limb here but I think when I installed this on the laptop the remote function

    override's the original install on the PC desktop? Something to that affect.

    I haven't needed to use any com ports lately as I am not doing any digital or otherwise.

    Just noticed this. Working fine now.

    I Hate to lose my CATS! Here kitty kitty..Got them all corralled now~lol :)

    It is hard to say what the issue may have been since we cannot debug the system, but all's well that ends well.

    Tim...Maybe I am out of line, but is there a possibility Flex will come out with a complete uninstall program rather than going through this manual uninstall? It sure would make life nice in the Big City. :)

    Tim when I get time I will re-install on the laptop and try to replicate what happened and report back here.

    And if it happens I will send to help desk and see if any logs might need to be sent or something.

    Nothing to report. Re-installed Laptop Clean.

     I re-booted laptop, desktop ,radio  many different power off and on stages ,cold boots , restarts, All is well.

    I have 4 coms A thru D  on Desktop and Just TCP and 1 com on laptop and they stay put.

    PC is called Pc because it is a Personal Confuser not personal computer. lol

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
