Delay with Flex Control

Noticing a delay in the flex control. If I adjust the volume it will change bit the slider movement is a second or 2 behind it. Same with frequency. If I adjust the freq with the knob the flag will move up or down but the freq numbers don't change for 2 to 3 seconds. Tried adjusting the buffers for the comport on the flex and that will fix it for a few minutes then it is like it goes back to sleep and gets lazy. Running on Surface Pro 3.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
