    Bill - How is your wsjt-x configured on the settings->radio tab? ie, to use commander or as Kenwood ts-2000...

    What msg do you see about the loss of communication?

    I dont have that loss of communication, but I have an oddity I havent resolved, and perhaps you can see if you see the same thing:
    running win7 x64, wsjt-x (v1.6.0 released), dxlab latest; smartsdr V1.5.1; wsjtx is configured to use commander
    tell wsjt-x to switch to 6m; in my case the freq of smartsdr does not change. But cmdr shows a freq of 100,554.00 (50,277*2);
    I can set smartsdr to 50,276, or do so via Stacks for flex and its fine (smartsdr is at 50.276, and cmdr agrees);  wsjt-x however shows the freq in red as 18,446,744,073,709.550 (whew)...

    hmm, don't see any 'loss of connection ' message
    and
    Commander displays ;50,276.00 DIGU
    WSJT-x displays 50276.000 DIGU 5.0K

    all 3 elements, Commander says 50,276.0 DIGU
    smartSDR agrees 50.276.000 and I have DIGU 5.0 selected
    WSJT-x agrees also but I do hot hear or see any signals (I do have a 6meter yagi)

    BTW: That's frequency precision carried to the extreme. LOL
