Flex+1500+and+fldigi+communication+error

Flex 1500 running powersdr v2.7.2 and fldigi v 3.23.05, have the setup talking to each other per instruction on how to setup powersdr with fldigi, works greater on my laptop, but when I got newer desktop, property image included, it's doesn't decode psk 31 signals correctly anymore, settings are the same on both machines. Have noticed on powersdr setup if I change the buffer size from 512 to anything else it decodes correctly for a few seconds but than goes back to not decoding anymore at all, even without hitting apply or ok, so can anyone help.imageimage

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
