IQ stream busy

Occasionally when attempting to use a program like CWSkimmer I will select a particular DAX IQ stream and the DAX control panel will report "busy" and hovering the mouse over this states that another computer is using the stream.

I'm not sure how that can be because I know no other computer is actively using the streams as I am the only one that could possibly do so.

If I reboot the computer this sometimes goes away but right now my IQ stream 1 is always busy no matter what I do.

Any ideas?

    Mark, check you audio Playback-Recording audio devices, some time afterSW  update , other new  SW installed, Win renumbering audio devices and you DAX IQ can be defined as default  under Win or others, in this case you device for sure will be busy.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
