6700 tuner memory function

I have not found any written description of how the memory function works... ?
The clear function works okay, near as I can tell.
I noticed today that when I change from LSB to AM the tuner changes, seems strange.
I don't see any mention of tuner settings in the memory channel window... odd.
SSDR V. 1.51, 6700, Win 7
Am I missing something?

The ATU memories are automatic and invisible to the user based on frequency range and antenna port selection when the ATU MEM and ATU buttons are enabled.  They are separate from the Memory form which is for storing frequencies for quick QSY.  The operation of the ATU is covered in the SmartSDR Software User's Guide

It would be beneficial in answering your question if you could described exactly how the tuner changed.
