Make “quick select” modes persistent per band

In the latest software manual, section 8.4, page 30, it explains how to set the three quick select mode buttons that always show next to the mode drop-down.  I have mine set to USB, CW, DIGU.  But when I go to 40 meters and below, I want LSB instead of USB.  So I end up using the mode dropdown a lot more than I would like.

So, logic to change the quick select USB button to LSB when band appropriate could be added.  Or just make the three quick select modes persistent per band.

If persistent per band, you could also do things like not having either USB or LSB on 30 meters, or adding FM only on 10 meters, maybe AM only on 80, etc.  I’m sure there are more useful band combinations based on our personal usage patterns.

P.S. A simpler solution might be to just add another row of quick select buttons, but that would take up more panel space.

Thank you Bob.  I use the new mode RTTY all the time and had to dig down in the menu to get it.  Now I have one of the Quick mode set for RTTY.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
