As a result of our dedication to continued product quality improvement, FlexRadio Systems announces the availability of SmartSDR for Windows version 1.5.1 for immediate download.  In response to customer requests for improved noise blanking mitigation, SmartSDR v1.5.1 includes a slice specific Noise Blanker (NB) to compliment the recent Wideband Noise Blanker (WNB) and other advanced noise mitigation features.  SmartSDR v1.5.1 also address issues reported by a small number of 6300 users related to signal quality and frequency calibration.   Due to the nature of the resolved issues in this release, all FLEX-6000 owners should upgrade to SmartSDR v1.5.1 at your earliest convenience.

It is highly recommend that you review the SmartSDR v1.5.1 Release Notes for details on new NB feature and the corrected issues.  For a comprehensive listing of all changes included in this release please review the SmartSDR for Windows Changelog.

Please note that an updated version of SmartSDR for Windows Software User Guide will be available the week of October 12th.

The SmartSDR for Windows v1.5.1 Installer and Release Notes are available free of charge from the FlexRadio Systems Downloads web page.
