Can the service dept. run a diagnostic test on my radio over the inet?

My 6500 has cause a cold and can't seem to transmit.
No rf getting through to the antenna as checked by the inline wattmeter.
I've reinstalled v1.5 which worked great for the few days I had it but will not transmit now.
Can a diagnostic be run over the inet?
Obviously the radio was able to download the new version but not sure if it can be diagnosed that way.

    I would immediately go back to the previous version to see if your transmit is restored. This information would be very valuable for Flex.

    Does the radio put out a carrier when you press the TUNE button?

    The service department runs different firmware code for hardware testing and validation than what is loaded for production use.  If Support needs to get low-level diagnostics, we can do that, but it first requires that you open a HelpDesk ticket.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
