DAX TV 1 Audio is missing

For the last several weeks, DAX TX Audio 1 has been missing on the various "external" programs  when choosing ins/out in their configs.  I'm assuming a Windows update may have caused this hiccup, because nothing else has been installed/uninstalled from this computer (Win 7 64-bit).
Perhaps re-installing SSDR will cure this? Any hints for such a re-installation?

Before you re-install, check your Windows Device Manager for "ghost" devices. They are grayed out, hidden entries in the list - you need to enable "show hidden devices" to see them. Uninstall them  (with DAX/SSDR/CAT off), and reboot. A reinstall then may fix it up.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
