Scroll with Mouse on Inactive Windows in Win 10

Just found this tip concerning windows 10 usage:  You can scroll with you mouse by hovering over an inactive window and using the scroll wheel.  Great for multiple monitor such as a logging
program on one monitor and SmartSDR on another..  Just hover the mouse above the SmartSDR monitor screen and scroll to any frequency while typing on the other logging program
monitor screen.
Setup:  Go to settings, devices, mouse and touchpad, change scroll inactive windows to yes.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
