How to specify filter in lower sideband using Filt API?

The ethernet API command

filt <slice index> <low_cut_hz> <high_cut_hz>

always places the filter in the upper-sideband.  Reversing <low_cut_hz> and <high_cut_hz> causes the command to be ignored.

How does one place a filter in the lower sideband using the ethernet API?

Yes, that is the way to do it.  Just multiply the lo cut and hi cut by -1 for LSB.
