Change Log location

Would it be possible in the future to include the ChangeLog.txt file in the Flex API download and/or to put it somewhere else on the downloads page?

I would like to be able to view it before installing the new version.

Also note that the folder listed in the release notes is not present in Windows 8. I did a search of my entire PC and found that there was a copy of ChangeLog.txt in the "Program Files/FlexRadio Systems/Documentation" folder but I believe that it only appears there after running the installer.

    Doug,
I had the same question after they made the change to not include the ChangeLog.txt file in the release notes.    However Tim has started posting the change log here on the community with the announcement.

So that works for me...you can read them before installing the update.

    Al,

Thanks for pointing that out. Although I receive lots of updates from the community I don't seem to be receiving the "Announcements" so I didn't see Tim's posting. I guess I need to look at my profile to make sure I receive future announcements.

I still think it would be helpful if the file were available for download somewhere.

You can now display the change log at the end of the SmartSDR installation process.
