Highly recommend SDR-Bridge at http://www.qrv.com/sdrbridge.html and NN4ZZ's setup notes at NN4ZZ CwSkimmer and SDR-Bridge setup A quick …  for the best way to go. Helped me immensely. It is a little bit black magic, but it can be made to work very well, indeed.

Thanks.  I have it working now but will look at SDR-Bridge.

Don't delay.  SDR-Bridge is the ONLY way to properly integrate a 6000 with CWSkimmer.

    Here's a link for the NN4ZZ write-up that works for me (7/24/2017):
    http://www.qrv.com/download/NN4ZZ%20CwSkimmer%20Bridge%20setup%207-Jun-2017.pdf

Despite being dated 6/7/2017 it refers to versions of the programs that are a bit out-of-date now, and despite following the instruction in this setup guide and the SDR-Bridge guide (http://www.qrv.com/sdrbridge.html)
I'm having tremendous difficulties getting CWSkimmer 1.91.0.383 to work with SDR 1.10.16.174 and SDRBridge 1.5.1.124.

    A few questions:

    1) Should I select the SDR-IQ hardware type, or the SoftRock hardware type as shown in the NN4ZZ CWSkimmer Bridge Setup 7-Jun-2017 document?

(If I choose SoftRock, something close to the proper frequency appears in the CW Skimmer frequency field; but if I choose SDR-IQ I get a frequency that is roughly half the proper frequency in the CW Skimmer frequency field.)

    2) All I get in the CWSkimmer spectrum window is a blank, black screen.  What is the secret to getting the spectrum to appear here?

(I have DAX RX IQ 1 turned on with 96k samples/sec, and the panadapter in SDR set to use DAX channel 1.)

    3) The "Output sampling rate out of range" error message keeps popping up, despite setting DAX to use 96k for the sampling rate.  What can I do to fix this?  Any clues would be greatly appreciated!

Here are a couple of screen captures that I hope includes the relevant settings.  What other information would help with figuring out how to get this working?

In advance, thanks for your help!!

    Greg,

Audio Device setup is the likely cause of this error...
