How does SmartSDR behave w/transverters and CAT?

I've looked at all 160 pages of the SmartSDR Users Guide and have a question regarding transverters and external software interaction.

When transverters are set up, how does SmartSDR handle frequency reporting and how does it execute frequency change requests via CAT?

Will it report actual operating frequency to a logging program, or the IF frequency (i.e. 432.070 or 28.070)?

Will it respond to a spot click from a logging program by setting the operating frequency directly, or will the logging program have to perform an IF frequency extraction from its own transverter tables to set the Flex to the right IF?

I can't find the answer in the documentation, so far.

This is an important question for me because transverter translation is a somewhat rare feature of general purpose logging programs.  For instance, MacLoggerDX will correctly log amateur frequencies (if the radio reports them) all the way to 2304 MHz.  However, it has no facility for transverter translation tables.  Nor do many other popular logging programs.

It will report the frequency of the slice A, not the IF frequency.  And an external program that tunes Slice A will tune it to that frequency too.  All of the translations are hidden from the operator; the transverter band operates just like the HF/6m bands do.

The other neat thing is that you can enter your LO Correction in the Transverter setup tab and it will auto correct the frequency.  This is neat because my transverter is about 750 Hz low in frequency.  Now everything reads correctly, right on frequency!  Slick!

I use db6nt 4m transverter with my flex 6300 and the correct freq shows in both logger32 and n1mmplus and click qsy to spts works ok. Unlike with my previous pro 3 i have not had to tell logger32 or n1mmplus that i am using tvtr.
