Just wondering if there is any like or opposition to the creation of a "For Sale or Want to Buy" items on this Forum? 

Every so often you see someone trying to sell or buy a radio, computer, or other products etc...
This will not be a QTH.COM. QRZ.COM or a substitute of a swap meet.

The primary purpose will remain Flex products, software updates, problems solutions, ideas or suggestion to improve Flex radio(s).

The only requirement I like to see:
1. 30 days listing.
2. Short description of your item.
3. How much are you asking.
4. Two photo max in JPEG NO TIFF file
5. Removal of your item after sale or purchase.
6. Keep your haggling via your email.
 
Any suggestion and approval by the quartermaster of the Flex Forum.

    No. This is a corporate website. QRZ and eham and yahoo forums yeah. FlexRadio.com, I wouldn't think is appropriate Obviously, it is a flex radio executive decision. For me, that would remove the last vestage of a serious vendor site.

    That is why I would like to see an end to *all* adverts and buying/selling promotion here. It was not that popular a suggestion the last time I mooted it :-(.

    Interesting comments; I'm seriously thinking of upgrading to a 6700 and would like to see available units here. What's the difference between a buy/sell post and any other post you do not like to read?

    We have allowed the occasional WTB/WTS posts for FlexRadio products and have removed those that were not.  I suspect we will continue to allow this, but the Community is NOT intended to be a ham radio eBay and we will not allow it to become one.  

    However, I would recommend that those looking to buy FlexRadio products, that you consider a new one purchased from our Online Store.  I am biased.  I like getting a paycheck.
