No Power Output, all bands all modes.
I have a 6300 bought in December 2014. software v1.4.3.55, it has been working very well until last night. I was on 20 Meters RTTY working a UA9 station when I heard a loud POP. After that, I no longer had any power output.
I was running about 25 watts output into my Ten-Tec Centurion Amp which was putting out about 600 watts. Antenna is a 4 element monobander for 20 meters with a SWR of about 1.5 or less. No tuner needed.
The QSO was using Macro's, which has a keydown time of less than 30 seconds each.
I did a hard reset of the 6300. It did not help. All functions of the 6300 still operate as normal, it boots up (Green Light), receives, all the setting work. It will go into transmit, either using tune, mox, or ptt. I can see the cw keying and voice on the screen. Just no output.
It looks like I might have blown the finals or driver.
I would like a RMA number to set the 6300 in for repair.
