enhance remote with USB port with COM port converter from read panel !

I have been using the new remote functionality and it works great ! and I am preparing myself to the WAN remote, having a connection only to the FLEX IP device.

My actual architecture need to be modified 

To have a full station control (using only the flex) usb ports are needed directly from flex itself;

Actually I use station master to do relays and PA switching and they need smartcat and DDUTIL sw on the local PC and flex is connected diretly via ethernet, but in remote I wont be able a local PC, as switching hub 

So flex should be enhanced with standard device to control accessories, I think , I'd like !!

Guess it may be a while before we see it but it will be needed eventually for true WAN Remote and to meet the goal of "no local PC."   At least it will be for many of us that use antenna switches, amplifiers and antenna rotators and want to control them also.

I think we have different possible solutions:
1) a K3TUF like external box with relays
2) an new external box a usb/com port) 
3) an enablement of USB port in flex which will need a smartsdr development

let see !
