Persistent radio state .. preserve radio state EXCEPT for remote state (version 1.4)

Since apparently the new capabilities have the radio retain all aspects of the last connection, suggest that this continue with the Exception of the remote state.  Many people will continue to have their local PC connected to the Flex 6000 series rigs..  so when they start up the client the local PC wont behave as a remote one making multiple SSDR connections a bit friendlier.  Keeping all other settings persistant is a good deal though.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
