REMOTE Monitor/Sidetone

I installed v1.4 without any problems.  It was just a one click and everything went smooth.
It works great and I am very pleased with REMOTE. 
However, I find that I cannot hear any sidetone at CW nor voice to monitor at SSB with remote speaker.  
Is it the specification that I cannot monitor my voice or sidetone with remote speaker?  Or, do I need any manipulation to enable it?
I want to monitor my CW at operation, at least.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
