Flex 6300 : Xvtr output level variable ?

The output level for the XVTR connector (flex 6300) is fixe  OR  varaible (by RF Power begin my former ic-756 pro3)  ?

The output level for the XVTR connector can be varied with the RF power slider and with the ALC input.
