Odd issue with slice that I think is related to starting another slice

Not really sure what triggers this but did a video to send it to flex support.  You will note there are no real signals on 3.970 slice B. Slice A is working fine. After I close slice B and reopen the slice its fine.  You will probably have to change the quality on Youtube up to 720 to view it.

But basically watch the S meter in Slice B.
