Flex 1500 no SSB or two tone test output

I have a 1500 that doesn't output any power when tx in SSB or with the two tone test in powerSDR.
Is there a hardware factory reset that I can try?
I cannot find a reference to one in the owners manual.

yes, in setup/factory defaults, you may have changed some settings along the way, or you can load a previous back up also from setup /
