You might try rebooting your router. Although you don't need to use port forwarding on your router it does assign the radio an I/P address on my LAN.  On my router it registers as 192.168.1.16 using a Linksys router. When I turn off the radio that I/P address disappears.

When I scan my LAN the name comes up as Texas Instruments c6a816x-evm.

Unless the router "sees" the radio it will not work.

Try starting with the radio plugged right into your PC. No switches, routers, etc. Reboot both (PC first) and see if there's a link. That will prove the NIC, cable, and Flex.

    Steve,

Open CMD window and do ipconfig.
    1. What is the IP of your workstation
    2. Compare that to the IP that is showing in SmartSDR.

When I first brought my radio it could not find the DHCP so it defaults to an IP of 169.x.x.x which means it is not getting the correct IP from your network.

Also try entering PING (IP address displayed by SmartSDR)

This will confirm you have a route to the radio.
