How does one get their Callsign to appear in the Waterfall?

How did this Station get their Callsign to appear in the Waterfall after a Digital/SSTV transmission? See screenshot:

    That is a function of the Easypal SSTV software package. After sending a picture via the radio and the internet the program generates the senders call sign image in the waterfall.

    fldigi provides an optional "video ID" which will do it for digital modes.  Although that shows up in the fldigi waterfall, I don't know if it is beg enough to show up in the flex waterfall.

    Easypal, Fldigi, DM780(HRD) all have this feature. Multipsk does it in a slightly different way.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
