ssdr DDutilv3 and skimmer set up

Having problems setting up skimmer with ddutil and ssdr to sync the frequency. I have followed the instructions for skimmer and ddutilv3 off the v3 website wiki - the cat connects to ddutil is showing the right freq from ssdr and moves with it - however, skimmer still shows a different freq or number - the instructions state that the Lo freq is automatically set by ddutil (or ssdr?) but the field is not populated in skimmer and the correct freq is not showing in skimmer. I have read the various posts on here and the wiki but still cannot find what this user is doing wrong.

Only possible answer I have thought about is the wiki syas you need a registered copy of skimmer - I am on the trial for 30 days to see if I like it before I buy - would this make a difference? If so I will try sdrbridge with skimmer for the trial period - just thought I would try ddutilv3 first as in future I may want to add in an auto amp and auto antenna switch etc.

Thanks Steve, I have downloaded sdr ridge and am about to get it set up this evening. Would still like to get ddutilv3 sorted as well though as I plan to get an auto amp and to integrate an auto Highpower antenna switch I have available. 73 Steve
