SSDR bug? Flex 6300 locked up

Flex 6300 - SSDR 1.3.8 - Win 7 (64 bit)

open 2 RX's on the same slice.  open a second slice.  on the new slice double click to insert a further RX.

the last step causes my SSDR to close completely.  on restarting it will not regain control of the Flex so a shut down has to be forced by holding the power button in for 3 or 4 seconds.  Turning the radio back on allows control again by connecting in the normal manner.

I know the Flex 6300 can only run 2 RX's but this tripped me up!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
