Additional VOX control button

This may have been discussed before but my searches did not turn up anything.
Is it possible to add another VOX button that's visible when the Radio Panel is hidden, possibly next to the main audio control. This allows selection of VOX control when the PHNE panel or Radio Panel is not visible. After the settings are made on the PHNE panel, the only reason to have it showing is for access to the VOX button, on screens with limited display I would like to hide that panel, or when operating with the Radio Panel hidden.

    Maybe a dock-able panel into which users could put the controls/buttons they need to have handy?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
