Dropping out TX audio after PEN update

Just received my FLEX-6700 back from having the PEN update with NO changes to the computer, Network or SmartSDR ver 1.3.8 and now quite often the Transmitter doesn't have any output on the display or over the air, Talking to one of my friends who has a Flex-6300 who says his also does this with SmartSDR 1.3.8 but didn't do it in previous versions, Before I sent my 6700 in I NEVER had this issue.

Anyone else having this issue?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
