Win 7 64 pc no shutdown with Flexcontrol

I installed the Flexcontrol on Win7 64 pc for my Flex6300.

The knob work well but when i turn off the the pc will not shut down .

    I have converted this topic to a support HelpDesk ticket (http://helpdesk.flexradio.com) for expedited issue resolution.  If anyone else is experiencing an issue similar to this one, please submit a HelpDesk support ticket for issue resolution.

    For what it's worth Franco, Received my new 6300  three days ago. Loaded SmartSDR/SmartCAT/ and Flex Control.  

    Dell 2350 All-in-One PC. 
    • Running Win 8.1
    •  i7 with 12 gb ram,
    • AMD 8960A video card (2 gb) 
    Works properly.  Good luck.

    Zendesk (Helpdesk) and the Community software (GetSatisfaction) are "linked" and Zendesk did a software update that flooded the community with messages that it should not have.  Sorry about that.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
