Equalizer

When in the phone portion of a band have the default be TX on the equalizer control. When in the CW (not phone) portion of the band, switch the equalization mode to RX. What does "ON" do, I use TX for sculpting my audio out and RX for minimizing CW audio in. Since I've used the radio I've never used the third button, "ON".  So I guess this is implicitly agreeing with Al's comment on the RX setting tailored for CW but this is subtly different but complimentary.
