can the slice be locked in the center of the displayed band?

Reading the questions about 'Slicke locking'.
My request is a tad different. Can I lock a SEGMENT of the band. DX Contest, many stations between 7.0 and 7.007. I'd like to be able to just jump from one to the other, without the band segment changing it's view.
I know, it's sort of like the contest programs with an analog rig, but it does have it's time saving feature. At least till I learn how to more quickly scan the bands for new stations.
Especially in a state qso party, there will be a bunch of stations all bunched up. Nice to be able to just click with out the band segment changing.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
