In Radio Setup, Is there a recommended Timing delay for the RCA TX connections?

In double checking the Radio Setup window, I see that I see that the Timings (in ms) are enabled, but there is a (0) zero in each of the TX choices.
Is there a RECOMMENDED basic timing number? I'm thinking just a small delay to 'play safe'???

Plus I can not find any mention of the 'Interlocks' in the little user manual. Not quite sure what the "Interlocks" are used for. How do you use this feature?
Can someone point me to any instructions concerning these two issues.
Just trying to 'practice safe TX'.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
