Where is the Tune Step size found?

I know there is a Tune Step Size adjust because I stumbled onto it once. But now I cannot find it again. The manual refers to it, but doesn't tell how to find it. TNX

Its in the top center of the screen in Power SDR just left of the signal meter

In SSDR it's in the RX window on the transmit control panel above the bandwidth
BTW. took this shot remotely via my iPad from France of my station in La Jolla, CA. 0 -
