High power spur at 24.576Mhz

Tune radio to anywhere near that frequency and expand the view to several Mhz - then drag the lower waterfall about as in tuning, suddenly there is a -20db spur at 24.576 or there abouts.

The two screen shots show this in action.

Tuning away or near to that carrier will clear it.

Is this with or without an antenna connected?

This is a subharmonic of the sampling frequency and is to be expected.  Every radio will have some spurs and ones that are harmonics or subharmonics of sampling frequencies or local oscillators are always going to be present.
