frequency increment

Why change the increment mode frequencies since the 1.2.17 version?
Should be able to choose between: operation without rounding or rounding.
The current mode, without rounding is extremely unpleasant to use.

    Click tuning inside of a slice passband filter does not do rounding as the assumption is you want to tune to that exact frequency for fine tuning.  Click tuning outside of a slice passband filter does round to the nearest frequency based on the tune step value.

    Ok, thank you. But I had not found: Setup / Receive / Snap to tune step ...
    now it works great!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
