User customizable utilities setup in SSDR

Per Tim's proposal I state this again as a proposal. 

   I need to start up several 3rd party programs, sdr-bridge(CWSkimmer), fldigi,Smart-S-meter, etc. after starting SSDR and it will be nice to set these 3rd party application programs in SSDR as utility setup.   This will allow 3rd party to develop applications for SSDR while users can enjoy the freedom to customize their operating environment.

I hope this idea get "like" and get the higher priority.
