Jumps to 40meters!

Listening on 60 meters 5.278, expanded the panadapter by clicking on the '-' option now shows 1.000 to 14.000Mhz, zoom in back to the frequency click on the panadapter screen to try and drag it and immediately I'm at 7.300 and cannot scroll the screen down only up in frequency...!
Also does the same thing on 80 and 160 meters, zoom fully out then back in go to move panadapter and jumps to 40 meter band!
Seems to do it on anything below 40.....

    This looks to be a defect.  I have entered this into the developer's bug tracker for investigation.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
