HOW TO FLEXWIRE PTT INHIBIT ENABLE/DISABLE ?

I am having a Flex-1500 and Powersdr 2.7 installed.  I havent found
any settings of how to utilize the Pin 4 as a PTT Tx Inhibit.
 
N6VMO wrote about this in 2010: what is the status on how to use TX Inhibit pin 4 within the powersdr?
