$$$ for Software/Firmware?

Will be buying a Flex 6300 soon. I can't seem to find out how long does one receive software/firmware support with the purchase. Is there a time when it cost $ to upgrade? thanks, 73 W7EJT

    Open the SmartSDR product page on the web site and click on the Upgrades tab for the software update policy for SmartSDR.  Basically there is no longer a time component to the software update policy.  We will come out with new major versions of the software and you can choose to upgrade or not. 

    Our software policy is based on what you would expect with owning a Windows operating system.  You are not forced to upgrade to the latest version, but if you want to use some of those features, then you make the choice to upgrade.  We will not stop support on the previous version of SmartSDR once a new version comes out; we will do bug fixes when necessary.  Just like Microsoft does bug fixes for older operating systems like Vista and Win7 today.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
