1.2.1 disabled +RX button bug

Sometimes now in the 1.2.1 version a new created panadapter will have a disabled +RX button on it preventing me from opening any slices on it.  The work around is to open a second panadapter which then enables the first one again.  Then I can close the extra panadapter and add a slice to the first one.

Likewise sometimes I find a slice where it will not allow me to type in a new frequency.  Again if I open another panadapter it then re-enables the original slice so that I can control it.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
